The field is always great, but on Saturday, with the leaves changing color, it was extra beautiful! The team here is genuinely wonderful and incredibly organized. They use radios to ensure everyone flies safely without interference—no worries about collisions even with multiple drones in the air. Highly recommend AlteX for both practice and certification! August 28, 2024 I am happy to report that I received my Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot Certification after taking the Altex Academy Ground School Course.  I passed (minimum 80%) the challenging Transport Canada Advanced Exam on my 1st attempt thanks to the course content.  I also passed my Transport Canada Flight Review (aka Drone Drivers Test) at the Altex DroneHub.  I own and fly DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro and DJI Avata FPV. Family Day 2024 A spectacular year-round venue for learning all about drones, how they can be used plus best practices for safe and responsible flight under Transport Canada guidelines. August 28, 2024 I am happy to report that I received my Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot Certification after taking the Altex Academy Ground School Course.  I passed (minimum 80%) the challenging Transport Canada Advanced Exam on my 1st attempt thanks to the course content.  I also passed my Transport Canada Flight Review (aka Drone Drivers Test) at the Altex DroneHub.  I own and fly DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro and DJI Avata FPV. Family Day 2024 A spectacular year-round venue for learning all about drones, how they can be used plus best practices for safe and responsible flight under Transport Canada guidelines. This was an amazing addition that really set them apart. Yifei and Alex were incredibly supportive and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. They provided valuable information that will definitely give me a great boost into my drone journey. Their expertise and willingness to help have made my session enjoyable. Altexacademy is a true gem, however, is not just their excellent customer service but also their massive, amazing property. Awesome facility, I attended the Christmas Open Field Day. Was able to try a number of drones out that I thinking of purchasing in the future. The staff, were very knowledgeable on the DJI products and extremely patient as they guided me through the differences between a regular drone and a FPV drone.
