Refund & Exchange Policy
At AlteX droneHUB, we strive to provide high-quality products, training, and experiences. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and exchanges across all offerings.
General Policy

Refund and exchange eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased. Please review the applicable section below before submitting a request.
All requests must comply with the timelines and conditions outlined in this policy.
Purchase date refers to the date the order is placed and payment is completed.
Physical Products
Refunds & Exchanges
Physical products are eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
- The product has not been registered or activated
- The product is returned in resalable condition
Note: Products that require activation or registration (e.g., DJI drones) are not eligible for refund or exchange once activated.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed DOA:
- Gift cards
- Headphones (if packaging is opened)
- Memory cards (if packaging is opened)
- Software (if opened, registered, or activated)
- Hard drives (if seal is broken or used)
- Batteries (if seal is broken or used)
- Paper and ink cartridges
- Special order (non-stocking) products
Training Products
Online Training
Online training products are eligible for a refund if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- Course progress is less than 1 hour of total learning time
In-Person Training
In-person training is eligible for a refund:
- The request is made within 12 months of purchase.
- Before the in-person training is booked
- A 10% administrative fee will be applied
Combined Programs (Online + In-Person)
For bundled programs:
- Each component is evaluated for refund eligibility separately
- Online training follows the online training refund policy
- In-person training follows the in-person training refund policy
- Any bundle discount is applied to the in-person training portion only
Refund & Exchange Process
To request a refund or exchange:
- Submit a request via email to training@altexacademy.com
- Include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- Details of the request
Processing Timeline
- Requests are reviewed within 2 business days
- You will receive approval or rejection notification via email
- Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 2 business days thereafter
Online Learning Requirements (Training Products)
AlteX online training is delivered through a cloud-based learning platform:
- Course materials (videos, graphics, quizzes) are not downloadable
- Select downloadable resources may be provided where applicable
- A minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps is recommended
- Standard software (e.g., PDF reader, Microsoft Word) may be required
AlteX is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
Additional Notes
- AlteX reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (if applicable)
- All returns must be approved prior to shipment
- Policies are subject to change without prior notice
